Juanita F. Gardine

Juanita Gardine was an American educator, who began her career in 1934 as an elementary school teacher and later held various positions in education, including high school teacher, principal, and supervisor of educational statistics. She was known for her distinguished career and her contributions to education in the Virgin Islands. She served as a member of various organizations, including the American Statistical Association and the Virgin Islands Federation Business and Professional Women's Club. The Juanita Gardine Elementary School in the Virgin Islands was named after her in celebration of her 60-year history of offering continuous academic instruction to elementary school children.
